POLICY
Booking convenience
You have the freedom to book and visit the Clinic when you are ready, online or by phone. As a courtesy we send you an SMS notice prior to your appointment.
Booking Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings over $100. This is payable at time of Booking.
Arrival
Arrive 10 min prior to the session as there is the consultant form which might be required you fill other clients to consider.
Medical
Should you inform the clinic of any health concerns that you may have when booking and when completing your client card. Facials & Other Treatments might cease to be performed to avoid infection. We shall correctly advise on special conditions.
Payment
We accept cash, credit cards, and American Express. All prices provided by the Clinic are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Appointment cancellation
If you could not attend your pre booked session, should you let us know, (the 24 Hours Notice is preferable). Your deposit will be held for your next booking, or refunded. However if you did not provide us with 24 Hours’ Notice or simply ignored your appointment, your deposit or pre-paid appointment will be forfeited. (You might optionally send a family member or a friend to attend the session.)
Gift Voucher
Gift Vouchers are available for all services. You can purchase them by phone or email and have them sent out to you. All gift vouchers are valid for 1 year and not redeemable for CASH .
A 24 Hours Notice must be given when the appointment. Failing to do so then the Gift Voucher became VOID. Late cancellation might incur fees which are deducted from the value of your Gift Voucher.
$25 Complimentary Vouchers
These vouchers are to be used 1 per person per treatment and are not redeemable on any product purchase or in conjunction with any other promotional voucher or in store promotion.
